Hargreaves Ash Marketing Limited

Reclamation

Materials recovered for recycling involve;

●  Ash and clinker from the old coal-burning industries, including power stations, brickworks, mills, railways and factories, etc.
●  Various types of slag, air cooled or granulated from foundries
●  The older 'town tips', pre 1950, usually Victorian and 'bottle tips'
●  Red shale ash tips, from former collieries

With years of experience in reclamation, we can offer advice based on many successful projects and provide solutions to Brownfield sites contaminated with ash.

Hundreds of thousands of tonnes of material are recovered and recycled each year.  The recovered materials are removed to licensed sites for blending and processing.  This has significant benefits to the environment by reducing land fill and greatly lowering quarried natural resources.

We have created many successful partnerships with the following;

●  Ground engineering companies
●  Developers
●  Land owners
●  Demolition Contractors

In most cases, a decision can be made quickly, subject to analytical testing and our proposals usually allow for removal off site with no on-site processing.

If you require any advice or think we may be able to help with a particular project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
